PRODUCT INFORMATION
The CCO diagonal product infeed and selection system is a single or double-lane conveyor. In accumulation, the product infeed is without pressure, positioned at 45° in relation to the shrink-wrapper axis.
It offers numerous advantages in terms of time and space savings:
- Upstream distribution into lanes without divider: very compact footprint.
- Easy adjustments and saving in time for format changeovers.
- Total access to in-line corrugated cardboard magazine (for pad or tray option).
- Single-lane infeed, no mass accumulation upstream.
- Saving of at least 3 meters in length.
The CCO is also highly flexible, as it is able to handle a wide range of collations. Even for very unstable products it will ensure smooth high-speed product handling. It is perfect for specific-shaped products (ovoid, square, etc.), as the upstream distribution into lanes does not require a divider.
