Marcos Pilati - VP Sales beverages North America | Sidel

Marcos Pilati is the Vice President of Sales for Sidel North America. He joined Sidel in 2005 and is based in Norcross, GA since relocating from Mexico in 2021. Prior to assuming his current role, Marcos held a variety of positions within Sidel North America including Project Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director and most recently Sales VP for Middle America Region. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Jeremy Yocca - Manager Commercialization | Silgan Closures

Jeremy Yocca’s career started in 1998 as Technical Service Engineer. He worked closely with his father for 15 years prior as he held the position of a Technical Service Specialist. He worked diligently to support customers throughout the world using closures and equipment supplied by White Cap purchased by Silgan eventually forming Silgan Closures. In 2013 Jeremy formed a service team for Silgan Equipment and successfully increased sales across all product offerings. In 2017 he returned to the closures division as Senior Packaging Engineer and assumed the role of Manager Commercialization in 2022. Jeremy Yocca is very proud to be part of Silgan Closures being an industry expert. In 40 years he has seen many changes and he eagerly looks forward to what is to come in the future with Silgan Closures!

Lynn Dornblaser - Director of Innovation and Insight | Mintel

Lynn Dornblaser brings more than 35 years of product trend knowledge to her work at Mintel, which she joined in 1998. She applies her unique perspective on the market and new product development to tailored client research and to extensive public speaking. Prior to joining Mintel, Dornblaser covered new product trends at several trade magazine publishing companies, as editor and editorial director of publication New Product News.

Vincent Le Guen - VP Packaging | Sidel

Vincent has been Vice President of Packaging since 2021 and leads Sidel’s Packaging, Moulds & Line Solutions. His responsibilities range from packaging specifications to full line conversion and improvement solutions through equipment upgrades, blowing mould supply, including packaging & preform design, liquid-package interaction analysis, SKU optimisation and renewal, and packaging qualification and approval for commercialization.

Nader Khalid - Business Development Manager, North America, Rigid Packaging | Husky

Joining Husky in 2007, Nader has over 15 years’ experience in rigid packaging covering a variety of packaging applications in the food & beverage sector. Nader’s experience includes working as a PET Systems Project Engineer, and direct sales as a Business Manager for North America. Since September 2020, Nader Khalid has worked as Husky’s Business Development Manager for Rigid Packaging responsible for the North American market. Nader holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto and is a registered member with Professional Engineers Ontario.

Laura Stewart - Executive Director | NAPCOR

Laura Stewart brings more than three decades of experience with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastics, recycling, and packaging. Laura brings her industry expertise to the National Association for PET Container Resources (NAPCOR), an organization that works to communicate the merits of packaging made from PET. NAPCOR members represent the entire PET supply chain, from resin producers to recyclers. As Executive Director, she works on behalf of its members to promote and protect the PET molecule. The organization champions programs such as Positively PET™, life cycle analysis, data and reporting, and works to address key issues to further the value of PET.

Damien Fournier - VP Sensitive Portfolio I Sidel

Damien is Vice President Sensitive Portfolio at Sidel. Based in Octeville, France, he is in charge of the portfolio of solutions serving the Aseptic, Ultra-clean and HotFill applications. In this role, Damien is responsible for Product Management, Product Promotion and Aseptic Technical Centers (microbio laboratories) with a worldwide coverage. With more than 25 years of equipment and solutions experience in the Food & Beverage industry, he has previously held several positions in product management, development programs, marketing, sales and strategic account management.

Christopher J. Layton - Sustainability Director, Specialty Plastics | Eastman

Chris is the Sustainability Director for Eastman’s Specialty Plastics business unit group. He joined Eastman in 1998 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in Environmental, Health & Safety, Technology and Business Management/Leadership. In his current role, he works across Specialty Plastic’s various markets to leverage our advanced circular recycling technologies and help customers meet their sustainability goals.

Shantal Alfaro - Business Area Manager Americas | Gentlebrand

Shantal Alfaro is a Business Area Manager for the Americas at Gentlebrand, a design agency belonging to the Sidel Group and specializing in strategic packaging development from product branding and marketing to its feasibility. With more than 12 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, Shantal currently leads Gentlebrand’s exciting mission to empower even more customers’ brands through the development of outstanding, optimized and feasible packaging design in various materials: PET, cans, glass, carton, etc. Shantal holds a degree in International Business from University Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico City.

Wanda Jurlina - Technical Business Development Manager | IMCD

Wanda Jurlina has over 30 years of experience in product development and troubleshooting working in a variety of application areas with a range of hydrocolloids, starches, functional ingredients like proteins and fibers as well as high intensity sweeteners. Wanda’s experience includes formulating and processing beverages, dairy products, plant-based foods, confections, fruit products, desserts, dressings and sauces. Wanda holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University. Currently she is a Technical Business Development Manager for IMCD, a global ingredient distributor, and has responsibility for accounts in the United States and Canada.

Jean-Pierre Berlan - Processing Sales Director | Tetra Pak Inc.

Jean-Pierre Berlan joined Tetra Pak’s North American Processing Group as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2004. He has worked for Tetra Pak in several markets during the past 27 years: Europe, Central America and USA. He has a Food Science background and started in the processing business with Alfa Laval as a Food Processing Engineer. Tetra Pak is the world’s largest manufacturer of food processing equipment. They offer a complete range of Production Solutions, with a focus on adding value in Dairy, Beverage, Cheese and Ice Cream applications.

Nicolas has lived and worked in France, Malaysia, Luxemburg, Canada, The Netherlands, USA.

Arnaud Poupet - Sensitive Solutions Product Management Director | Sidel

Arnaud holds the position of Product Management Director for Sensitive Solutions at Sidel. Based in France, he has been working for Sidel for more than 25 years, including 20 years working in the Sensitive Products areas where he held different positions. He is currently leading the Sensitive Portfolio Product Management which include Aseptic Filling, Aseptic Blow-molding and Hot-filling. He has been deeply involved in the FDA approval process of the SIDEL Aseptic Combi Predis which has been successfully completed in May 2017.
