Your opportunity
As refurbishment technician, you will be in charge to dismount, wash, remount and test filling valves and rotary unions, becoming area coordinator backup.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in conjunction with project production planners, technical dept, global product support, reliability dept and final customers.
You will report to Services Center Parma Manager.
Your Mission
- Check materials conditions and suggest if some additional components need to be replaced, in addition to what already defined in the standard spare parts kit.
- Learn how to make some preventive tests and analyze potential non conformities, partecipating to corrective actions definitions.
- Clean some components using an ultrasonic washing machine, then you will proceed with the final reassembly.
- The activity is based on internal SOP which have to be strictly followed.
- Perform final quality test on dedicated electronic test benches; technical documentation and pictures attesting the final results have to be recorded in the proper database.
You will also support final packing activity.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role / assembly / manufacturing processes
- Technical drawing comprehension
- Team spirit mindset and problem solving approach
- Work comfortably under pressure and crisis
- Graduation or bachelor's degree (employement relevant skills)
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Excel
- English A2 (CEFR), B1 prefered
- Italian
- SAP knowledge
