Join our dynamic team as a Sourcing Sustainability Manager, where your passion and expertise will drive our commitment to sustainable sourcing initiatives. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure compliance with environmental and social standards while championing responsible sourcing practices across our organization.
Your Mission
- Align sourcing strategies with the company's sustainability targets.
- Promote, develop and implement sustainable Sourcing policies, guidelines, and initiatives.
- Secure we'll onboard suppliers based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.
- Track, measure, and report on the Sourcing Sustainability performance.
- Prepare periodic updates and reports for internal Sourcing and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, emerging technologies, platforms and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Active Participation in Cross-Functional Meetings.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor's degree
- English fluent
- Optional Language: French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage.
Required experience and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing sustainability-related roles.
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and global supply chain regulations and directives.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools or platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Ecovadis platform is an advantage.
