Global Continuous Improvement Leader & Six Sigma

Your opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Six Sigma Expert for the Group Quality and Continuous Improvement Department

Your Mission

• Define, in collaboration with other functions, main areas of improvement and suggest the six sigma improvement projects.
• Support continuous improvement action plan definition and control its implementation for each function, securing consistency of expected results at Group level (for product and processes).
• Secure consistency in application of six sigma methodologies and reporting tools across functions.
• Push for a systematic and disciplined approach to respect quality processes and systems.                                                  
• Make sure to establish in the company a proactive approach to quality management, aimed at constantly improving performance and reducing waste.
• Monitor the progress of improvement projects and control the effectiveness of if the improvements.
• Develop training material and deliver trainings & coaching Green/Black belts in the group.                                                                                         
• Lead Green/Black Belt certification program and projects follow up.
• Manage in collaboration with HR overall strategy about CI competencies development.

Your Profile

• Black Belt / Master Black Belt certificate.
• Proven experience in driving Six Sigma programs in multisite international organizations.
• Proven successful experience in delivering a number 6S BB project in engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English and preferrable French/Italian language.
• Good auditing skills and coaching attitude.
