You will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy by analyzing local market trends and competitor data to drive growth in the FHPC and Beverages sectors. You'll initiate sales, build comprehensive business plans, and identify future customer needs to enhance Sidel's local presence.
You will cultivate strategic relationships with local contractors and suppliers to enhance our network and drive business growth. You will empower Account Managers and the sales team by providing training on the value of our Consulting & Engineering services, ensuring they are well-versed in the Sidel portfolio.
Your role will also involve representing Sidel at key industry events, identifying talent to expand our local team, and preparing comprehensive reports to track progress against growth plans. You will collaborate with management on budget and resource allocation, oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes, and establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure success.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Experts or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should have 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience, demonstrating strong technical expertise in packaging, processing, and utilities, as well as a similar duration in Consulting & Engineering activities within the Beverages, Food, Home, or Personal Care sectors.
Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in at least one other European language (Dutch, Italian, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish); knowledge of French is a plus. You should possess a "Hunter Profile" for business and sales development, with a strong focus on results and customer service.
Your ability to manage team members, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to change will be key to your success. Regular travel (up to 50%) will be necessary for this role.
