Your opportunity

Manage the execution of on-site activities at the Customer premises, leading a team of FSE (Field Service Engineers), ensuring deliverables are being met to stakeholders’ satisfaction and in compliance with Sidel processes. Actively drive the on-site activities preparation and needs definition (resources skill, means, HS&E) for the assigned New Equipment Projects to be executed, within the project baselined cost and schedule

Your Mission

  • Accountable for the execution of the on-site activities from Installation Start to Project closing (CPE), for the assigned Projects.
  • Proactively drive on site activities preparation before installation start (FAT, SWP2 , Customer SWP).
  • Ensure Fulfilment of installation, qualification, testing and commissioning checklists and SOP (Standard Operating procedures).
  • Accountable for HS&E at site. Enforce strict application of the Safety Coordination Plan (including  HS&E plan acknowledgement and sign-off by the Customer and the on-site FSE team, prior Installation Start).
  • Regular reporting to Stakeholders on the site activities status and deliverables: HS&E, quality, cost, schedule. Own and drive PPP tool  update. Timely escalate out of scope or contractual deviations to the Project Manager Execution.
  • Entry point for the Customer during on site activities execution. Promote and drive daily meeting review with the Customer and the Project Manager Execution, share reports.
  • Manage the FSE team on site, including logistic arrangements organisation. Feedback the Project Manager Execution  and drive resources allocation requests / changes in order to meet the on site activities deliverables.
  • Authorize and sign off intervention worksheets for internal and external FSEs.
  • Ensure on site activities deliverables are being completed within the project baselined cost and project schedule timelines, 'Stakeholders’ satisfaction is being met.
  • Ensure Final on site activities deliverables are agreed and accepted by the Stakeholders (formalise on site activities achievements with the sign off of the  Sidel on-site activities certificates by the Customer - such as Start up, CAV, CPE, Warranty, site activities Interruption, snag list, etc.)
  • Lead on-site technical issue root cause analysis and escalation process (Non Conformity report to Project Manager Execution for Sincro management).
  • Manage as-built software/ technical documentation update at site and internally
  • Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes.

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in the beverage  industry.
  • 5 years experience in site activities management of capital projects
  • Consolidated technical background  (Mechanical; Automation; Electrical; Process.)
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio as a plus
  • Aseptic knowledge as a plus
  • Travel up to 90% (domestic)
  • Ability to work in an international and diverse environment
