Your opportunity

Technical Support Expert is part of Beverages & Beer Qualification & Technical Support. The job is mostly taking place in the backoffice. Main function is to secure the operational follow up & technical support Pal/Depal beverage, associated trade equipments. The expert is also part of the team to validate internally / externally the introduction of modifications He is finally accountable to execute RCA following issue resolution process, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions, interacting with the other specific departments

Your Mission

  • Execute troubleshooting on equipments, associated trade equipments, line equipments, concerning automation platform.
  • Act as "Assessor" of the FSE/s (Field Services Engineer) subject to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time/in full.
  • Execute validation program forthe introduction of modifications, variants, Option & Upgrades, new products, concerning the automation side.
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities.
  • Secure performances of commercially released equipments and lines, concerning the automation side.
  • Secure the application of automation retrofits on the installed base, where necessary.
  • Be part of hotline team for weekend duties, in case of availability for the service.
  • Execute RCA on automation issues, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions.
  • Increase personal competences on the EoL equipment.
  • Automation Technical Support Expert Training in the creation, update and revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE Qualification Program.
  • Participate to L3 and L4 equipment FAT, and eventually start up and commissioning.
  • Support FSE during start up and commissioning of L3 and L4 machines.
  • Manage the treatment and the resolution of technical non conformities (NC) and PER through CEP tool.

Your Profile

  • 5 years at least of field experience or project management on automation platform
    customer management.
  • Knowledge of beverage technology: Pal/Depal & trade/line eqps.
  • Electrical fundaments (emergency, safety doors, sensor, driveā€¦).
  • Knowledge of PLC platform (Siemens, B&R,Elau, Rockwell Automation).
  • Knowledge of HMI (Zenon) and Motion platform (B&R and Elau).
  • Problem solving and decision making attitude.
  • Leadership during internal and external meetings (regions, customers).
  • Fluency in English.
