Pricing Process & Tools Manager

Your opportunity

We are looking for a Pricing Process & Tools Manager (M/W) for our Capital Equipment Business. You will support the development and maintenance of the pricing processes and tools to ensure Sales always have the correct prices easily available to optimize profitability and revenue generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on market intelligence, quoting processes and tools. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing processes and policies within Sidel. Join us!

Your Mission

Development quotation process:

• Develop and refine processes for Sales to find the right prices when preparing proposals.
• Continously streamline processes to reduce time spent on finding the right prices.

Development of price update processes:

• Develop processes for regular update of prices to ensure strong alignment with changes in market price and cost updates.
• Develop and maintain process maps and give training to relevant stakeholders to secure strong awareness of processes.

Tools development and management:

• Work with system architect and IT on system development and specify system requirements and set the pricing rules in the system.
• Administrate the tools and ensure correct price rules are used and correct prices are shown, as well as ensuring it is user friendly with a high system availability.
• Ensure the price governance is working.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Sales, Product Management and IT teams to ensure the tools meet the needs of the organization.
• Communicate the changes in tools to key stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including pricing transparency and anti-trust regulations, whenever applicable.

• Identify and mitigate pricing-related risks and vulnerabilities to protect the company's financial interests and reputation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience with a Pricing Management Tool, preferably in Value Based Pricing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining pricing tools that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Language: English is a must, Italian and French are a plus.
