We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Governance and Analytics Specialist (SGAS) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales practices adhere to established governance standards while providing insightful analysis of sales KPIs. The SGAS will be responsible for driving performance within the sales team by effectively communicating key metrics, prioritizing customer requests, and optimizing the quotation process to enhance our closing rates.
Your Mission
Key
Responsibilities:
- Sales Governance Compliance:
- Ensure that all sales practices align with company policies and governance standards.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
Sales KPI Analysis:
- Analyze sales KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cascade relevant insights and performance data to the sales team and management, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
- Proactively push the sales team to address overdue tasks and follow up on pending actions.
Customer Request Analysis:
- Evaluate customer requests and assess the probability of closing deals based on historical data and market trends.
- Prioritize quotations and customer engagements to focus on high-potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for addressing customer needs and enhancing the likelihood of successful outcomes.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, governance compliance, and customer analysis for management review.
- Facilitate communication between sales team members to ensure transparency and accountability in achieving sales targets.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices for sales governance and analytics processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in sales practices to ensure the team remains competitive and compliant.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Finance Controlling related to sales is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is a strong plus.
