This exciting role is situated in the Sales & Marketing area, where you will oversee all After Sales activities for your customers, ensuring compliance with our company guidelines while driving the achievement of sales targets. You will report directly to the Services Director and can be based in Parma, Italy, or other locations within the Southern Europe perimeter.
As a Services Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind the promotion of our “after sales” products. Your role will involve traveling throughout your assigned area to engage with customers, including technical and procurement contacts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all after sales inquiries, addressing needs related to spare parts, technical services, diagnostic visits, and upgrades. Collaborating closely with our internal Sidel teams, you will ensure that customer needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background, ideally holding a Secondary School Technical Degree, with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics being a significant advantage.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, and knowledge of French or Balkan languages will be a plus.
You should possess a technical background relevant to wet areas and complete bottling lines, with experience in Field Engineering, Site Management, or Project Management. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for direct customer interaction, along with the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
