Sidel is looking for a dynamic and committed profile to work in the Southern Europe perimeter as Service Account Manager (SAM).
This position will be inside the Customer Managment area. The candidate will manage all the Serfvices Sales activities related to His/Her customers in compliance with the Company guidelines and policy ensuring the achievement of sales targets assigned. The SAM will directly report to the Service Director and will be based in Parma, Italy.
Your Mission
- Promote sales of “after sales” products by traveling in the assigned area and meeting with customers technical and procurement contacts.
- Serve as primary customer entry point for all after sales activities enquiry (spare parts, technical service, diagnostic visits, options& upgrades).
- Liaise with internal SIDEL structure to provide timely and effective answers to customers’ needs.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Minimum requirement a Secondary School Technical Degree.
- Will represent a plus a Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics.
Language:
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory),
(Rumanian and French languages will represent a plus)
Required experience
and skills:
- Sales or Services position already covered within Sidel or other External Companies
- Technical background preferably relevant to wet areas and to complete bottling lines extended to one of the following aspects:
- Field Engineering (installation/commissioning activities), Site management, Technical Department, PM, O&U.-
- Ability to directly interact with customers
- Travel skills (required approx. 50% of the time)
- Organizational skills and ability to manage customer relationship
- Attitude to work in a multicultural environment
