Account Manager based in Guadalajara, Jal. Mex. to manage customers in defined geographical area to deliver budgeted sales and margins for complete Sidel portfolio with focus on equipment sales.
Your Mission
We are looking for an Account Manager based in Guadalajara, Jal. Mex. to manage customers in defined geographical area to deliver budgeted sales and margins for complete Sidel portfolio with focus on equipment sales. He/she delivers increased market share , develops and implements sales strategy for the short, medium and long term.
He/she needs to understands accounts requirements to provide customers with win-win solutions which meet their needs and are in the best interests of Sidel, thus enabling Sidel to achieve its Balance Score Card and regional objectives as well as angages other company functions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Your mission:
- Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins, manage existing customers and develop new accounts
- Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization
- Build strategic networks and relationships with vendors, suppliers and integrators to further develop the market
- Identify market potential , develop strategic and tactical sales plans, develop customer needs analysis,
- Present quotes in line with commercial policy
- Maintanin and clean up-to.date sales pipeline in the sales data warehouse
- Manage Master agreement contract process from beginning to end
- Represent Sidel at events/conferences/seminars when applicable and network with trade and sales organizations in the industry.
Your Profile
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Fluency in Italian or French is considered an advantage.
Professional Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and account management, preferably within the packaging industry (not mandatory).
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network across various company functions.
- In-depth market and industry knowledge, including skills in market evaluation, analysis, and the development of compelling value propositions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid experience in sales management, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (over 50% of the time).
