YOUR OPPORTUNITY

From new product development until the installation, the IE Specialist (M/W) accompany team’s projects in design phases and production in industrialization and manufacturing phases of Sidel Equipment. In this way, the IE Specialist (M/W) defines all the necessary supports procurement, manufacturing, assembly, control and install of our equipment following the safety, quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
Industrial Engineering Department is therefore a key link between the Engineering activities (new developments / evolutions) and the Production, as well as for the productivity project management and daily support for continuous improvement.

YOUR MISSION

The IE Specialist has for main responsibilities to:
Define should cost of components and modules of Sidel Equipment to support the sourcing and cost monitoring initiatives.
Create or modify Work Instruction to assembly and Install Sidel Equipment’s.
Participate to the industrial validation of Evolution Change Order Sidel equipment’s.
Support Design department on Industrialization and Design To Cost topics
Manage IE data based on the machine configuration as well as master routines (standard work, operating procedures, SAP data, kitting needs…)
Follow and participate to product evolutions with Engineering Department / Sourcing to reduce impact in production phase and deploy required actions to implement the evolutions
Support IE Leader during new product Engineering Development (or major modifications requiring Tall Gate phases)
Participate and/or pilot continuous improvement and industrialization projects (Lean Manufacturing, Casting development, Additive Manufacturing, Digitalization…)

Your Profile

Education and Languages:
BE Mechanical (Automatization appreciate)
English (technical, and conversational)

Key leadership Behavior:
5 years of experiences in an industrial environment
Software: Solidworks & Composer / Autocad / Excel / SAP
Spirit / working team, open-mindset, technically curious; patient & respectful.
Pragmatic, results-oriented and on-field-actions; pro-active in solution proposal
Priorities management (multi-tasks/projects) and synthesis capacities (action logs, reporting / presentation, meeting management)
Occasional travels to be expected (international).
