Sidel is seeking a Pre Assembly Operator. Acting as an electrical assembler in the workshop, you will collaborate directly with the team leader to facilitate machine assembly and testing.

Your Mission

• Ensure Safety Compliance: Carry out all tasks in alignment with defined safety rules and standards. Actively identify and report potential hazards or unsafe behaviors, and suggest improvements to enhance workplace safety.
• Adhere to Quality Standards: Execute all production activities in strict accordance with established quality policies and standards, ensuring that all outputs meet the required specifications.
• Document and Track Activities: Perform routine and standard activities as required, maintaining accurate records and documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Continuous Skill Development: Engage in training and on-the-job experiences to develop new skills. Apply these skills to adapt to various requirements and enhance overall performance in the rolea

Your Profile

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry. Familiarity with machine electrification processes is essential.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to test electrical systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. Knowledge of using testing equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes is important.
• Safety Standards: Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations. The candidate should prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Blueprint Reading: Capability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand machine layouts and wiring.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in work to ensure that all electrical connections and installations are done correctly.
• Experience with Automation: Familiarity with automated systems and controls, as many machines may involve programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar technologies.
