According to company procedures and lean methodology, Operate multi axis CNC machines, assemble the components of molds and contribute to all the activities performed in the workshop.
Your Mission
- CNC Operator, or Machinist, works with heavy machinery.
- Execute all the production activities according to quality policies and standard defined.
- Perform activities according to safety rules & standards defined, highlighting possible improvements and dangerous or unsafe behaviors.
- Perform routine and standard activities as required and follow up and track activities with relevant documentation.
- Develop new skills/multi-skills though training and on-the-job experience and apply them to cover different requirements.

- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues
- Resourcefulness in learning new manuals and processes
- Attention to detail with the ability to understand mechanics and technical tasks
- Ability to identify issues or problems in operations or maintenance
