We are seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our Digital Transformation & Technology team, reporting to the IT Business Partner & Digital Innovation Manager. This role will include working as a Scrum Master on specific projects or products, while also acting as an Agile Coach to foster the Agile culture and way of working (Scrum, Kanban, …) throughout the company.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our Digital Transformation & Technology team, reporting to the IT Business Partner & Digital Innovation Manager. This role will include working as a Scrum Master on specific projects or products, while also acting as an Agile Coach to foster the Agile culture and way of working (Scrum, Kanban, …) throughout the company.
Objective of the Role & Responsibilities:
Scrum Master duties:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Coach the team on Scrum/Kanban practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Agile culture and mindset
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing feedback
- Help teams identify metrics to measure their performance and progress
- Encourage open communication and transparency to build trust among team members
- Mediate conflicts within the team and between teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress
Agile Coaching:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile culture and way of working
- Assess the current Agile maturity of teams and provide guidance for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for scaling Agile practices across the organization
- Mentor and support other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners within the company
- Promote experimentation and innovation within teams to enhance Agile practices
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Provide regular updates on team progress and challenges to management and stakeholders
Person Specification:
- Minimum five years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to fit the unique needs of different teams and projects.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Agile/Scrum certifications
- Project Management certifications are a plus (it’s important to know how project works in enterprise companies, the Scrum Master will collaborate with Project Managers)
