Sidel is seeking an RPA Senior Developer to join our RPA Center of Excellence. As an RPA Developer, reporting to the IT BUSINESS PARTNER & DIGITAL INNOVATION, you will be part of a high-performing automation Center of Excellence with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping to deliver end to end business process digitalization and automation. The role will assume working with teams across different business functions to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and sustainable.​

Your Mission

About the role: 

Sidel is seeking an RPA Senior Developer to join our RPA Center of Excellence. As an RPA Developer, reporting to the IT BUSINESS PARTNER & DIGITAL INNOVATION, you will be part of a high-performing automation Center of Excellence with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping to deliver end to end business process digitalization and automation. The role will assume working with teams across different business functions to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and sustainable. 
Objective of the Role & Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement RPA solutions based on identified business requirements and automation opportunities. 
Design, estimate, and deploy RPA solutions. 
Collaborate with analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.           
Design, build, and test RPA processes using RPA technologies (UiPath preferred). 
Maintain technical documentation and user manuals for developed solutions. 
Work with the team to define acceptance criteria and conduct User Acceptance Testing. 
Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems. 
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
Monitor the performance of implemented RPA solutions and drive continuous improvement. 
Assist with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation. 
Manage relationships with RPA vendors and support contract management. 
Keeping track of project deliverables and being able to communicate their progress to the business and other global units 
Capturing business functional requirements in an agile software development environment 
Decomposing and documenting Epics into Features and User Stories down to detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements 

Your Profile

Person Specification: 

• Minimum five years of recent experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. 
• Technical expertise in RPA (End-to-End), Advanced developer (Certified), Excel Automation, PDF Automation using OCR, E-Mail Automation, Web/Desktop Automation, and Azure DevOps. (Uipath preferred) 
• Other relevant certifications in RPA tools or methodologies can be a plus 
• Experience in Power Platform is a plus. 
• Experience in developing RPA solutions in an Agile environment. 
• Ability to formalize complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and proactively. 
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
