IT Workplace Operations Specialist

Your opportunity

The workplace Operations specialist (WPOSs) is in charge of maintaining the standards used for the end user equipements (Computers, Smartphones, tablets etc ...) which are defined by the WorkPlace Innovation Lead (WPIL). The Workplace Operations specialist is also in charge of managing the common applications used by all the end users, with a strong focus on the Microsoft365 Suite overall, and provide tools used by the support people to do asset inventory (computers, smartphones, applications, etc), license management, package distribution and all the possible automation to ensure the computer provisioning. The WPOSs is also in charge to maintain the tools used for the patching processes on the end user side, as well is in charge of delivering End Users reports and documentation upon request. The position will report to the IT End User Services Manager.

Your Mission

• maintaining  the standards used for the end user equipements (Computers, Smartphones, tablets etc ...) which are defined by the WorkPlace Innovation Lead (WPIL).
• managing the common applications used by all the end users, with a strong focus on the Microsoft365 Suite overall, and provide tools used by the support people to do asset inventory (computers, smartphones, applications, etc), license management, package distribution and all the possible automation to ensure the computer provisioning.
• maintaining the tools used for the patching processes on the end user side, as well is in charge of delivering End Users reports and documentation upon request.

The position reports to the IT End User Services Manager.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent + 10 years experience in IT Workplace Operations
• English B2 or C1 mandatory
• French and or Italian are a plus
• Microsoft365 Suite (mandatory)
• IT support and ITSM Tool Knowledge (ServiceNow)
• IT provisionning tool (Ivanti EndPoint management, Intune etc …)
• End user computer technical management
