We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst - FICO Analyst – Cash Collection & Dematerialization (M/W) to join our DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & TECHNOLOGIES department. The role focuses on managing and optimizing financial processes to Cash Collection and Dematerialization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance business processes, ensuring data integrity and improving operational efficiency.

Your Mission

 Within this position, your role will focus on managing and optimizing financial processes to Cash Collection and Dematerialization.
This position requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in automation and digital transformation in collections and document management.
Your main missions will focus on the following missions : 
  • Cash Collection Optimization:
    • Analyze current cash collection processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to streamline cash flow, reduce payment delays, and improve cash management.
    • Implement automated solutions for cash collection processes, such as payment matching, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Dematerialization Projects:
    • Lead and support dematerialization initiatives, focusing on reducing paper-based processes and transitioning to digital document management.
    • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of digital documentation into SAP systems.
    • Implement solutions for electronic invoicing, digital archiving, and automated approval workflows.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports related to cash collection, aging, and dematerialized document workflows.
    • Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive improvements in cash flow and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics to senior management.

Your Profile

Graduated from a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field, you already have a proven experience of 3-5 years in cash collection or financial operations and justify the following skills:  
  • Experience with dematerialization projects or digital transformation within financial systems is a strong plus
  • Expertise in AR, collections
  • Experience with digital document management solutions and ERP integrations
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
