DT&T Support Coordinator - China

Your opportunity

The DT&T Support Coordinator is the connecting and coordinating role for managing and driving Local IT function to provide the site (and the designated Country) with IT support service and projects, following Sidel Group Strategy and in compliancy with Sidel Policy. Wherever agreed with the correspondent Regional DT&T Manager, acts as focal point for the country in which he/she resides, being the functional (not direct) responsible for the IT Support Technicians of the designated country.

Your Mission

• Manage Local IT function to provide the site with IT support service and projects, following Sidel strategy, designed by the Global Team, and in compliancy with policies       
• Local Point of contact for the local technological infrastructure and ensure the availability and security of the local telecommunications network     
• Enable Global Team to maintain Global infrastructure when resident in local premises     
• Responsible for the life cycle of the IT fixed assets  and for correct use     
• Manage IT contractors, agreed with the IT Global Infra Team,  to provide good IT support locally, ensuring quality of service and adhering to global processes and standardEnsure proper attention to incidents, failures, problems and requirements matching local support and Global ServiceDesk
• Actively in local project and service implementation in accordance with business requirements     
• Improve communication between Central and local IT
• Channel local requests and needs versus Global BTO to ensure consistency with processes, standards and centralized solutions
• Manage local IT Budget forecasting, challenge requirements and ensure adherence to cost saving target in accordance with the Regional IT Manager
• Support Global IT solutions and projects deployment at the local site
• Manage licenses according to rules and regulations, adhering to global contracts when available
• Contribute to Audit, Security and Governance compliancy when relevant for IT
• Local IT Activities limited to the perimeter of the Site (and/or the designated country).
• Responsible for the IT Budget Definition and Management for the Site, in accordance with the Regional DT&T Manager
• Accountable for Local IT Initiatives, informing the Regional DT&T Manager
• Internal Referent for Sidel External people working for Site IT related topics.
• Responsible for issuing Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for the IT needs of the Site.
• Act as the functional (not direct) responsible for the IT Support Technicians of the designed country.

Your Profile

• English is a must
• Knowledge of fundamentals of IT Operations, IT contracting and IT Services   
• Standard IT applications (Microsoft, SAP)   
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Significant experience in project management and/or transversal coordination.
