Your Mission
After the 16 months rotation, which we include few months in Pune (India) , you will be part of the engineering team based in Octeville (France). This team is responsible for developing automation for our equipments.
Your role will be to draw up automated system programs and documentation in compliance with the company's deadlines, costs, quality and safety rules.
Based on specifications and/or instructions from the project manager, you will :
- Design and develop complex automated systems for industrial packaging equipment
- Define the technologies and equipment required, choosing the various components and the automation architecture, in compliance with the company's design standards and the norms in force.
- Program the automation functions to meet the need(s)
- Contribute to technical decisions as part of a multi-disciplinary design study
- Establish the test and validation phases for the functions designed
- Commission, analyse and diagnose any equipment malfunctions
- Write and keep up to date the documents required for a detailed understanding of the system designed
- Advising, guiding, training and assisting technical support during start-up or with problems on customer equipment
Your Profile
The position requires the following competences and background :
- Master degree or engineering diploma in automation
- Less than 2 years for your master/engineering degree
- Be familiar with programming languages in automation / IT
- Be able to read electrical drawings and pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
- Be familiar with the main automation programming software
- Provide technical support to the production, methods, after-sales, training and manuals departments.
- English: C1 level minimum
