We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the different finance transformation projects. You will report directly to the Finance Transformation Director and you will be responsible to execute the evolution of the finance together with the all the functions impacted (IT, sourcing, HR, etc.). You will lead E2E critical projects about the combination of organizational, processes, models and systems changes to support the evolution of the finance function (accounting, controlling, treasury, etc.). You role will be to detect the needs, co-define the strategy with the Finance Transformation Director, manage the preparation of the project (analysis, budget, solution identification. vendor selection, etc.), act as a project manager, drive the decision-making and collaborating to the contents, lead the implementation and taking care about the change management.

Lead finance transformation projects:
We are looking for a mid-senior professional who embodies strong decision-making skills and has a proven ability to build consensus on process/model design among diverse stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding discussions and ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the design process/model.
A solid knowledge in Finance and project management is required. This knowledge should derive from experience as a finance transformation manager or as a PM on different finance transformation initiatives or in a consulting firm as finance consultants.
A good understanding of end-to-end business processes, such as Lead-to-Cash, is essential. Your expertise in business process/model design and optimization will allow you to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Experience with digital implementations as finance referent is desirable, as it will equip you with the knowledge needed to leverage these powerful tools effectively.
You should possess excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additionally, you should have a strong capability to lead and motivate mixed teams, including internal staff and integrators. Your ability to foster collaboration and drive results will be key to the success of our projects.
