Your Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting
& Tax Manager to lead our financial operations and contribute to the
success of our dynamic and international business. As part of our dedicated
team, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing accounting and tax processes,
ensuring compliance, and leading financial transformation initiatives that make
a real impact. As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you will have the
opportunity to oversee a wide range of responsibilities while working closely
with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, drive continuous
improvement, and enhance our financial performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee Local and Group
Accounting Activities : Ensure full compliance with
international and local accounting & tax standards, as well as
internal policies and governance rules.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance : Handle tax reports and ensure compliance with statutory and
regulatory requirements, making sure all reports align with the group's
policy.
- Financial Leadership : Lead the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, accounts
payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, and other key financial
statements.
- Reporting & KPIs : Regularly produce financial reports, monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs), and present valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Audit & Controls : Manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong internal
controls and the smooth execution of audits.
- Drive Transformation : Participate in company-wide transformation projects, including
ERP enhancements, process simplification, automation (RPA), and finance
strategy development.
- Team Development &
Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing
finance team while promoting collaboration and quality standards.
- Collaboration with Finance
Teams : Work closely with FP&A and Controlling
teams to ensure synergy and optimized finance performance across the
organization.

Your Profile
Graduated from a Master’s degree in finance or Audit or similar, you justify the following experience and competencies :
- 10 years of Finance management experience in international environment
- 5 years of experience in Audit minimum
- Strong Leadership skills
- People development oriented
- Team player
- Experience in a matrix environment would be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Change management experience
- IFRS knowledge
- BOFC/HFM knowledge would be a plus
- SAP knowledge
- Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Digital acumen and implementation experience in automation AP/AR would be a plus
- Hands on
- Continuous Improvement mindset: Process Improvement methodology would be a plus
- English fluency
- Based in Octeville / Partial home office allowed (2 days a week)
- Travel: about +/- 20%
