Your opportunity
We're looking for a mechanical engineer responsible for line conversion and mold, to support local mold shop and service team with engineering actions.
Your Mission
- Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications and manuals to determine design feasibility
- Ensure mechanical product or system design such as blowing mold, mechanical parts
- Define specifications for sub-contractors, participate in sub-contractor selection, control their performance
- Evaluate field installations or production issues and recommend design modifications to fix machine or system malfunctions
- Coordinate with other internal engineering teams ensure design consistency and positive outcomes
- Provide technical support and training to production, PM and other stakeholders
- Lead or participate in the engineering standards, quality and leadtime improvements
- Validate BOM & Manuals, update the pilot filler
- NC analysis with Moldshop / Technical department (fillers / labelers) / Quality department
- Respond to sourcing dept. (drawing clarification or attach the drawings request)
- SOP creation standard and non standard
Your Profile
- Min 1 years related experience in Mold or other
mechanical product design
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel,
Power Point, Outlook Express)
- Proficiency in using 3D CAD application
software such as UG/PRO-E/CATIA /Solidworks
- Experience
on ERP such as SAP and Four shift
- Good English communication
