Your opportunity
We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission
- CTO : Configure To Order
- Lead a team of 13 designers, include configuration and custom design.
- Ensure for all the design : Safety - Quality - Leadtime - cost
- Operative role, participate to the critical projects review
- RCA and problem solving skills
- Ensure training and developpment of the team.
- Sens of responsibility.
- Maintain tth team Kpis
- Perform and lead the SIM
Your Profile
- Mechanical bakground
- Skills in management
- Leader profile
- Transversal projects / region communication.
- Familiar with BOM
- Rigourous
- Collaborative work with different department (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, workshop, Field Services Engineers)
- Software : Solidworks (or 3d equivalent) AutoCAD, PLM sytem (SAP prefered)
- Customer and quality focus
- Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammate.
