We are looking for a Training Center and Performance Services Administrator to join our team in Norcross!

Your Mission

 Training Center Administrator

  • Welcome and assist customers, employees, and visitors to the training center
  • Plan, organize and schedule training sessions (in-person and remote), training rooms, training materials
  • Provide regular reports on training session attendance, satisfaction, and other KPIs
  • Oversee inventory for training materials, manuals, and necessary equipment. Ensure that simulation equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales to promote training programs internally and externally

Performance Based Services team Administrative support 

  • - Manage new project registrations/ entry into SAP.
  • - Use FSM to properly plan, manage team inteventions.
  • - Manage intervention  practicalities   e.g.  HSE documents, Visas, Travel, hotel, 
  • - Manage internal POs; Check invoicing.

Responsibilities 

  • Complies with proper Customer and Employee Reception
  • Ensures effective Training planning and scheduling
  • Ensure Training material management
  • Ensures essential administrative activities are well executed in support of Performance Service /TPM Projects 
  • Ensures proper plannning of TPM Performance Specialist resources.
  • Ensures that Sidel rules are respected within deliverables
  • Ensures Customer Satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for participants.
  • Familiarity with event or session planning logistics, including room setups, equipment management, and attendee communication
  • Understanding of training program coordination, session planning, and scheduling.
  • Understanding of document management, editing, and updating training materials
  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
  • Experience in roles that required interacting with clients or customers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Experience in SAP and/or FSM type systems.
  • Fluent professional English. Spanish, French and Italian as a plus.

Professional qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not mandatory ) in one of the following fields:Business Administration, Education or Training Development, Operations Management, Customer management
  • Associate Degree or Diploma as a minimum in related field such as Office Administration or Training Coordination or event planning
  • Training and Development Certification are welcomed
  • Customer Service Certification are welcomed
  • Office Administration or Event Planning Certification are welcomed
