Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travelling Field Service Engineer with an electro-mechanical profile to join our dynamic team.

As a Travelling Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective installation, maintenance, and servicing of electro-mechanical machinery at customer sites. Your responsibilities will include assembly, diagnostic troubleshooting, and performing occasional warranty work. This position requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach, as well as the ability to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical and Electrical Assembly: Assemble and install machinery and equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functioning of all systems.
  • Warranty Work: Carry out occasional warranty work to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Machine Assembly Control: Oversee and maintain complete control over the assembly process, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintenance and Diagnostics: Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic visits to customer sites, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing technical support as needed.
  • Travel: Travel frequently to customer locations, ensuring timely delivery of services and on-site support.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. A basic knowledge of automation systems and their integration with electro-mechanical machinery is essential.

The candidate should also have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams accurately, ensuring smooth machine assembly and troubleshooting.

Additionally, an intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with customers and the team. Previous experience in a similar electro-mechanical engineering role, especially in field service or machinery installation, will be highly valued.
