Your opportunity

Ensure the scheduling of the Field Services Engineers, for New Equipment and Services, for the Packing & Pal/Depal activity. Follow-up the Installation & Commissioning activity for Pal&Depal.

Your Mission

• Coordinate the scheduling of resources required for the installation of new Sidel equipment or services at customer sites (Field activity).
• Schedule Field missions by utilizing the skills mapping and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor and maintain the Field Service Engineers' occupancy rates in close cooperation with the Field Manager.
• Collaborate with various Sidel departments to ensure seamless execution of field operations.
• Consolidate and assess the requirements for Field Service Engineer resources and skills, and provide feedback to the manager on technician performance and skills development.
• Alert the FSE Manager to any potential issues related to scheduling (e.g., unavailability, assignments in high-risk countries) and suggest opportunities to enhance processes and improve quality.
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of planning tools.
• Prioritize and ensure the safety of Field Service Engineers during interventions.
