Sidel is looking for a dedicated and skilled Equipment Installation and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful installation, start-up, commissioning, and servicing of Sidel equipment at customer locations.

Your Mission

  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, start-up, and commission Sidel equipment, ensuring compliance with all technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
  • Performance Evaluation: Test and evaluate equipment performance, effectively addressing any non-conformities.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide ongoing technical support during and after the warranty period, including troubleshooting and refurbishment of equipment.
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of Sidel equipment.
    Reporting: Prepare Job Progress Charts and detailed technical reports regarding activities performed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure ultimate customer satisfaction by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer regulations.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and report after-sales opportunities detected at customer sites.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Installation Site Manager to coordinate team activities and report on progress.

Your Profile

  • Diploma or degree in electromechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
