Join our team and become an Aseptic Product Trainer! You'll support the growth of our training department and services in the America region.
Your Mission
- Deliver
high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal
and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT,
practical) at Sidel, at the customer site or via distance learning.
- Deliver
Technical Training for internal and external Customers - focus on Customer
Satisfaction.
- Support
Content Designer on technical training material creation - Support practical
tests definition for customer trainees competences assessments.
- Support
the creation and design of training modules for the FSE Training Path
- Develop
advanced knowledge on Sidel product - multi skill.
- Coach,
support and drive the FSEs the technical activities, the troubleshooting and
the reporting deliverables.
- Participate
in and implement the Qualification program and manage capabilities development
for internal and Customer needs.
- Ensure
the identification and coordination of the Qualification programs according to
Regional needs.
- Ensure
the design, production and availability of new and updated learning solution
materials, accordingly to training demand from Customers and internal
employees.
Your Profile
- Availability to travel to custmers' site up tp 65%
- Previous experience as field technician is a strong plus
- Experience in industrial equipment industry is a strong plus
- Technical diploma or equivalent. Specialization in Automation-Mechanic engineering is a plus
- Mandatory English, Spanish is a plus
- Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area
- Knowledge of training content design tools (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation) is a plus
- Previous experience as a trainer is a strong plus
