Your opportunity

Perform Installation, startā€up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites. Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel`s equipment installed at customer sites. Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

  • Testing and evaluating the performance of the equipment at the customer's site, according to the technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
  • Properly managing, controlling, and addressing equipment non-conformities.
  • Preparing the work progress chart and technical reports related to the activities carried out.
  • Ensuring maximum satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  • Carrying out activities in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Sidel's coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
  • Reporting identified post-sales opportunities at the customer's site.
  • Training junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, problem-solving, and report results.
  • Reporting the team's activities on the site to the installation site manager.

Your Profile

  • Technical diploma or Engineering degree
  • At least 3 years of technical assistance and/or field experience
  • Familiarity with SIDEL filler Aseptic (Combi / Standalone) will be a plus
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Siemens S7, B&R
  • Understanding of HMI (Zenon) and Motion platforms (Danfoss, ELAU, B&R)
  • Capable of managing and meeting customer needs

  • Demonstrated leadership in internal and external meetings (regions, customers)
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Valid Driving licence
