Your Mission

Office Administration Task
■Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and for office leases. Prepare the annual office budget, record office expenditures, and maintain various financial records, including collecting expense claims, uploading them into SharePoint, validating monthly debit notes for office rental, telephone, stationery, courier services, and completing purchase order procedures in SAP B1.
■Coordinate with domestic and international travel agents for flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
■Provide customer clearance support during project execution, including translating documents into Vietnamese, providing HS codes, and other necessary information.
■Assist the HR team with the onboarding process for new hires, staff health check-ups, staff relations, and staff activities. Liaise with local authorities for office operation issues, such as preparing the annual report for the Department of Trade.
■Coordinate with the IT department for office equipment and new laptop configurations.
■Liaise with local legal firms to stay updated on any changes to business licenses and tax information.
■Assist the Regional Communications Team with marketing events, including trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
■Assist with general office management duties.

       CEP (Sidel CRM tool) Management Task
■Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or assistance related to the Sidel CRM tool (Customer Engagement Platform).
■Partner with key users in the region to provide CEP training for new or existing users and update them on new developments in CEP.
■Liaise with the CEP Central team to propose changes to the application to improve the interface and enhance utility and productivity.
■Update the CEP Dashboard to ensure it remains current with respect to sales opportunities and lead assignment procedures in the region.
■Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Directors to prepare the 3-month forecast and submit it to Central.
■Assist other teams with the aseptic project follow-up and market visibility improvement.
■Conduct deep screening validation for all accounts in sensitive countries within AOA.
■Prepare reports as requested.

Your Profile

■Self-driven with a positive attitude
■Graduate (any stream) with good analytical acumen
■Good communication skills with an ability to influence internal/external resources to deliver
■Exposure to CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce etc. is a must
■2-6 Years of Work Experience
■Proficient in Microsoft office tools
