Your opportunity
Joining Spare Parts Administration team, you will accompany our international customers in order to answer efficiently their spare parts needs. In that goal, you will execute the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow related activities, always working towards customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
Parts Administration Caucasus region / Central & Eastern Europe and CIS (Commonwealth Independant States)
- Understand precisely clients needs and propose adapted offer
- Ensure that any unidentified spare parts need is taken into account by the relevant department
- Update ERP according to process
- Prepare spare parts offers
- Collaborating with Project Managers, establish parts lists per equipment
- Execute and follow-up administrative and logistics operations necessary to ensure parts shipping
- When needed, follow delegated actions (invoice, export documentation, recovery...)
- Handle customer non-conformities with the help of the relevant departments - Participate in the continuous improvement of the service
- Ensure the replacement of other Spare Parts Administrators during their absences.
- May be called upon to fill in or provide support in case of overload on the Retrofit and other Services processes.
