Your opportunity
The main activity is to drive microbiology validation protocols to qualify machines before shipment to customers. In addition, he will also support Technologists Team in the activities on site of equipment microbiological validations, services, diagnostic visits and troubleshooting.
Your Mission
- Qualification of Capdis/Predis according to
Validation Protocol before shipment to customer with regular exchange with
Lab Manager
- Prepare and operate the Capdis and Predis for the
execution of the tests following a predefined protocol
- Regular communication with Laboratory Manager for
update on planning, results, eventual issues
- Install instrumentation, collect physical
parameters to support the trials and test report editing
- Contribute to analysis report drafting and
communication to Laboratory Manager for final review
- Contribute to the results analysis
- Ensure compliance with Safety rules and
Laboratory environment constraints, wear adapted equipment
- Define the planning for microbiological validation test
preparation and execution onsite
- Interact with customer laboratory staff to get all
the necessary support and facilities to execute the validation test
- Execute the microbiological validation protocol
steps during a sensitive product project
- Execute service interventions (DV, Quality Audits,
Maintenances) on the complete range of machines (sensitive and not)
- Escalate to technologist coordinator eventual issues found
during project execution, impacting the equipment hygiene
- Find the root cause in front of a sterility issue highlighted
on a sensitive or standard product
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology
- New degree or former experience in a competitor or end user
companyAseptic and Laboratory environment experience
(Safety and methods)
- Knowledge of aseptic machines and technology
- Knowledge HACCP
- Knowledge of sterilization technology (wet and dry)
- Kowledge of microbes families and behaviors
- Knowledge of hygienic and environmental conditions and
guidelines
- Knowledge of the process machineries (especially TTP
technology) upstream SIDEL equipments
