We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Engineer (FSE) Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and optimizing service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in planning, and a background in engineering or technical services. Join us to make a significant impact in our operations!

Your Mission

  • Responsible for FSEs/ISM occupation at the assigned territory
  • Ensure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assigned
  • Ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and
    service
  • Ensure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operations
  • When necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergencies
  • Identify missing skill global to sustain operations according to the business plan
  • Responsible for workload forecast for new equipment and service in conjunction with Sales and
    Service
  • Ensure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities, risks on availability,
    critical cases
  • Consolidate and provide the resources/skill needs to FSE managers, give feedback about FSEs
    performance and competence development
  • If applicable, ensure the central 3PE planning, highlight gaps, drive corrective plans
  • Own and drive the update of the on planning Sidel tools, such as FSM

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills, capability to work under pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in aseptic processing, cleanroom environments, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
