Technologist Expert job is specific to aseptic technology and related Sidel's equipments. The resource is mainly involved on field at customers' sites world-wide during sensitive product projects to secure that all the steps of microbiological validation protocol are successfully passed in order to release the equipment for commercial production. This position is a great opportunity to become a specialist of aseptic packaging technology and to explore world of sensitive products.
Your Mission
- Based on the contractual validation protocol, he/she will drive onsite the equipment preparation. He/she will interact with the customer laboratory staff to follow the project schedule and to get all the necessary support to perform the tests.
- He/she could also be involved on services projects for all the range of equipments (standard and sensitive products) as for specific service interventions (DV, Quality Audit, Maintenances) to evaluate the hygienic status of an equipment or to perform a validation test after a maintenance.
- He/she needs also to have the capability to execute the troubleshooting intervention requested for sterility issues, in order to find the root cause.
Your Profile
- Availability to travel 220 days x year
- Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- HACCP knowledge is a plus
- knowledge of beverage equipments is a plus
- knowledge of microbes families and behaviors
