We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sourcing Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainable Sourcing initiatives, ensure compliance with environmental and social standards, and promote responsible Sourcing practices throughout our Organization.

Votre mission

• Align sourcing strategies with the company's sustainability targets.
• Promote, develop and implement sustainable Sourcing policies, guidelines, and initiatives.
• Secure we'll onboard suppliers based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.
• Track, measure, and report on the Sourcing Sustainability performance.
• Prepare periodic updates and reports for internal Sourcing and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, emerging technologies, platforms and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Active Participation in Cross-Functional Meetings.

Votre profil

Level of education and languages:

• Bachelor's degree
• English fluent
• Optional Language: French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing sustainability-related roles.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications and global supply chain regulations and directives.
• Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools or platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Ecovadis platform is an advantage.
