The Group Continuous Improvement Director is an highly strategic role instrumental in raising quality & CI standards and improving the customer experience of some of the best-known brands in the world. This cross-functional role promotes collaboration across departments and facilitates strategic engagement with senior leadership.
The role reports to the Vice President of Group Quality & Continuous Improvement.
Votre mission
You will define and implement, in collaboration with the other
functions, the continuous improvement strategies and programs. This role
focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing quality, reducing costs, and driving
a culture of continuous improvement.
The Group Continuous
Improvement Director plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous
improvement, which can lead to enhanced competitiveness, increased customer
satisfaction, and improved financial performance for Sidel.
We are looking for a highly skilled
professional who can operate with ambiguity, manage complexity, and simplify
processes to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strategic
vision and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all
levels of the organization. This role will play a key part in defining and
shaping the strategy related to Continuous Improvement and process
simplification, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic vision and ability to integrate improvement initiatives with the company’s long-term goals.
- Actively contribute to the definition of the Continuous Improvement and simplification strategy, ensuring it is embedded in the company’s long-term vision.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Work in uncertain and ambiguous environments, identifying the best solutions to address business challenges.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear and simple messages.
- Simplify complex processes by eliminating inefficiencies and promoting a lean approach.
- Take a strategic approach in managing continuous improvement initiatives, aligning them with company objectives.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to optimize performance.
Votre profil
- Strategic vision and ability to integrate improvement initiatives with the company’s long-term goals.
- Previous experience in roles related to continuous improvement, process management, or business optimization.
- Ability to work in uncertain and changing environments while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and simplification-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar).
- Proven ability to contribute to and support the development of Continuous Improvement strategies at a company-wide level.
