Digital Project Manager Execution
THAILAND, Bangkok
The Project Manager Digital Execution is responsible for the complete management of an industrial IT project from initial contact with the customer to final acceptance of the installation. He is the privileged interlocutor of the customer and Sidel partners for all technical and organizational points directly related to the project.
•
Compilation and analysis of all the base data and constraints of the project
•
Coordinates the interfaces between the various internal and external project
stakeholders
•
Defines or validates the network architecture of the project
•
Defines the list of equipment to be purchased
•
Assembles and tests the hardware configuration, with the support of digital
backoffice
•
Knows how to analyze and sometimes adapt PLC software
•
Ensures onsite or remote commissioning of Sidel digital solutions
•
Spends around 50% of the working time on business trips
•
Writes regular reports on the progress of the project
•
Train the customer's staff in the use of the digital solution implemented
•
Ensures to complete end-of-case files
•
Acts as technical support to salespeople and can sometimes travel to customer
facilities for sales presentations
• Master or equivalent in IT or Industrial IT Engineer
• Good level of technical English, fluent for customer interactions
• An additional foreign language will be appreciated
• Basic knowledge about PLC programming
• Know how to propose and configure simple network architectures and IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge of databases and reporting
• Good practical knowledge in electricity
• Mastery of project management techniques
• Mastery of a programming language is a plus (C #, java, python, html / css, ...)
• Frequent travels mainly in Asia, but also Middle East and Africa
