The Digital Business Partner Finance & Legal is accountable for partnering with the Finance & Legal organisations to successfully deliver enhanced business processes through the leveraging of technology and data. The role will drive mutual transparency and ensure that functions business plans and digital plans are consistently aligned, enabling the functions to achieve their strategic objectives and maximize technology value. As the single point of contact for the business function into the Digital organization, the business partner will orchestrate and mobilize resources across the Digital and Technologies teams as well as ensuring the right level of business function engagement to deliver the digital roadmap.
What is expected of you …
· Build strategic and trusted partnerships with senior level business stakeholders across the Finance and Legal business functions.
· Co-create our digitally enabled business function strategy with key stakeholders and leadership and identify opportunities to achieve business outcomes.
· Develop a digital product portfolio aligned to the function business strategy that is prioritized and agreed across all key stakeholders and the wider PMO processes.
· Co-lead with the business functions the adoption of digital capabilities. Measure adoption and value realization from the digital portfolio and continually identify future opportunities to enhance the business.
· Provide thought leadership and innovation opportunities from the external environment to proactively address opportunities internally across the functions.
· Positively partner across the Global Digital & Technology organization architecture, development, and support teams to implement the digital product roadmap that aligns to the over-arching digital strategy and principles.
· Lead a diverse and international team anchored by collaboration and trust, coaching and mentoring team members to learn and develop skills and experiences. Contribute to the development of a strong pipeline of talent for the digital organisation through both internal and external actions.
· Contribute, as a member of the Digital & Technology leadership team, to the development and continuous improvement of the digital strategy and operating model within the digital function. Leading by example the change management process.

· Create aligned and connected roadmap of capabilities and initiatives working with Digital and Technology and Business Functions.
· Demonstrates ability to set clear objectives, develop roadmaps, anticipate risks, measure performance, and evaluate results.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Management or equivalent experience, Graduate level (MBA preferred)
· 10 + years’ experience as a Technology leader in a Business Partnering role including experience in Finance area. Preferably within manufacturing organizations.
· Proven experience working on large scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives, preferably in manufacturing organizations, including project delivery in both DevOps and Waterfall methodologies.
· Solid experience with global SAP S4 Hana ERP implementations as well as other key finance related technologies.
· Solid experience developing and delivering a connected digital and business strategy in a global or large, complex organisation.
· Demonstrate experience in IT Operations, with the ability to monitor key metrics to ensure performance meets stakeholder expectations.
· Be analytical and capable of building business cases and tracking value as needed.
· Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization. Ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups and gain trust to align opportunities for overall success.

· Be proactive and hands-on, unafraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done with pragmatism when necessary.
· Have experience leading engagement practices, promoting best practices, enhancing collaboration among peers, and preventing duplicate efforts to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach across the team.
· English is the business language. French and/or Italian language skills would be an advantage.
Travel
· Sidel is a global business, and teams are geographically spread with the Digital & Technology team primarily located in France & Italy. Travel should be expected at 20% of the time.
