Reporting to the Group Controlling VP, you will act as Finance Business Partner for the Business Excellence VP on the transversal programs around transformation and sustainable growth, providing the right financial insights by challenging and building within cross functional teams the relevant action plans to increase Sidel performance understanding and profitability. Votre mission
- Contribute to the preparation of the financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders (Sidel Global Leadership Team, Tetra Laval Group, Board…).
- Finance Business partner for transversal programs with the Business Excellence VP and Program managers
- Sidel Transformation organized under 7 main programs
- Sustainable growth organized under 3 main programs
- Business case construction of the projects contained in each program, financial and operational review of the status and progress with relevant assumptions revision, financial impacts and reforecast.
- Consolidation of the financial data for those programs with construction of risk and opportunities shared with Sidel top management.
- Definition and follow up with the project’s teams of any corrective actions in case of deviations on financial deliverables.
- Active participation to the monthly closing, forecast, Budget and 3-year plan.
- Maintain internal rules (policies / procedures / work instruction), up to date in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure a strict application of compliance with Sidel PPG’s and support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Drive a permanent culture of continuous improvement in the team, identify opportunities to improve financial procedures and systems for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS / methods through transversal and multi-sites projects, in cooperation with process team
- Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests.
Votre profil
We are seeking a
candidate with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance and a minimum of 10
years of experience in Controlling.
The ideal candidate
will possess strong technical skills in controlling, along with a solid
understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting
principles. Experience with Qlik Sense Analytics and proficiency in SAP FI/CO
within an international industrial group are essential. A deep knowledge of
controlling processes and business planning principles, combined with advanced
skills in Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
The successful
candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be a collaborative team
player, and have the ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization. A
results-oriented mindset and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are
also crucial for this role.
