Sidel is looking for a Regulation Specialist for Palletizer & Depalletizer Beverage. As such she/he will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of European and international regulations related to the safety of Sidel machines in one or more specific areas of product conformity.

Votre mission

She/he will work with Platform Owner, Engineering and other functions to ensure the full compliance of Pal/Depal machinery: 

• Develop the internal safety and compliance rules/guidelines to be applied for the design of machines, ensuring their implementation
• Provide support and documentation to engineering and Services Engineering
• Own and manage the creation of the technical file for machinery compliance and safety (for EU market and others), making sure that any other documentation needed to prove Sidel compliance to a specific product requirement is available and with proper quality
• Take the lead when Sidel needs to use or work with external Notified bodies or auditors
• Take the responsibility to stop design technical choices when they do not guarantee an adequate or acceptable level of risk 
• Carry out internal safety audits, proposing corrective actions and making sure they are fully applied
• Monitor the evolution of regulations and safety standards
• Support analysis and finalization of regulatory topics on customer requests, offers, deals when required
• Drive and implement global safety processes
• Lead, Drive or participate, when required, to global or local initiatives and projects linked to Regulation & Standards topics
  
  
  
  

Votre profil

• Technical Masters Degree or equivalent
• Technical knowledge of Industrial Machinery (Palletizer, Depalletizer, Conveyors, craters, Decraters)
• Risks Assessment notions (deep knowledge is a plus)
• English language
• French or Italian language is a plus
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude
• Strong sense of self-motivation
