We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Electrical Team Leader will lead a team of 8 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.

Votre mission

• CTO : Configure To Order
• Lead a team of 8 electrical designers, includeline analysis and E-diagram
• Ensure for all the design : Safety - Quality - Leadtime - cost
• Operative role, participate to the critical projects review
• RCA and problem solving skills
• Ensure training and developpment of the team.
• Sens of responsability.
• Maintain tth team Kpis
• Perform and lead the SIM
