Execute the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities and work towards customers satisfaction.

Votre mission


Provide excellent customer service ensuring your satisfaction while managing the orders processed in the ERP.
Process orders and quotations in ERP.
Main entry point for any customer request regarding spare parts.
Attending customer, by phone or in person, providing information and/ or trade on spare parts.
Receive and analyze customer needs, transforming them into offers in accordance with the product’s internal SIDEL and guidance of the Head.
Negotiate offers spare parts to ensure to the best possible profitability for SIDEL. Proceed in accordance with the Guidelines SIDEL.
Issues sales orders for spare parts in ERP, reproducing costumer needs, a process that initiates the production our purchase of parts and material.
Regularly monitor the delivery of spare parts to customers in order to identify lots to that may have been delayed for some reason or are blocked in the company.
Monitoring the development of sales goals and report to the immediate superior results.
Collaborate with the work of the other vendors designated by their immediate superior.
Undertake customer visits in order to strengthen relationships and promote the sale of spare parts.
Work in a team interacting whit other departments in order to delivery high quality services to the customer.
Submit the technical to the questions properly to ensure that the parts are correctly identified to the client.
Serve as point of contact for issues Spare Parts watching and responding to customer request with discrepancies.
Maintain organization of documents of Spare Parts

Votre profil

College in related areas, such as Administration, Logistics or Engineering.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the Industrial area. 

Fluency in English will be an advantage.

Proficiency in the Office package, with an emphasis on Excel, for preparing reports and monitoring goals.
