Service Engineering Team is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will be part of a mechanical Service Engineering team. The resource we are looking for, we’ll be mainly employed on the Aseptic portfolio, in order to design the modification required by the customers. Mechanical Engineer is integrated within a project team to secure the development and maintenance of mechanical modules.

Votre mission

• Responsible of the study phase of parts, sub assembly or even full modules;
• Responsible of modification required on the machine flow chart, especially for aseptic machine;
• Accountable of manage the modification according to the Aseptic machine requirements
• Accountable of design according to technical feasibility and product target cost;
• Manage technical problem solving, participating or organising design review, qualification review, functional analysis, FMEA analysis; 
• Autonomous in the management of the detailed tasks, securing the respect of the planning and time schedule;
• Accountable to strictly respect compliance to Sidel design specification, design process and product evolution process as well as architecture governance (platform architecture, standardization principle, granularly rules, interfaces standardization level).
• Secure quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes and functional analysis; 
• Collaborate with other departments/team to secure success of assigned projects. 
• Accountable of design review in the Obsolete components according to the phase out and target cost;
• Accountable to customer visit to define in deep the projects figure

Votre profil

• Degree in mechanical engineering or technical high school diploma
• At least 4-5 yrs experience in technical office
• Knowledge of filling lines for packaging industry
• Knowledge of CAD 3D (e.g. Pro engineering Creo, Solidworks,) and understanding of mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of CAD 2D (Autocad) and understanding of mechanical drawings.
• English
• Available to travel (20-40 working days per year)
