The Aseptic Field Coordinator is the aseptic equipment leader during project execution at customer site. He/she is the key resource in charge to manage the technical team on field and is the reference onsite for Installation & Commisioning concerning aseptic topics and issues. Your Mission
As an Aseptic Field Coordinator (M/W), you will be part of the aseptic field team. The job is mostly taking place on field.
You want to be part of the journey and contribute to our Customer Satisfaction ? As the Aseptic Field Coordinator, your main missions will consist in :
- To lead all the site activities (projects and services), from installation, start up, validation, commissioning, until the CAV, related to the aseptic equipment in order to reach targets concerning customer satisfaction and installation effectiveness according to the planning and budget.
- To be in charge to lead service activities onsite (maintenances, diagnostic visits...). When the machine is included in a complete line, under the responsibility of the Installation Site Manager.
- To be in charge of the installation of the aseptic equipment; when the machine is a stand alone, the resource is acting also as Installation Site Manager.
Your Profile
- Mechanical or electronic diploma or degree, you justify
- Previous experience as Field Service or Site Management experience (min 2 years).
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- English - written and spoken
- Ability to communicate with technicians and customers
- Problem Solving attitude & Decision Making
