Your opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager, based in Parma, Italy to manage customers in defined geographical area to deliver budgeted sales and margins for beverage equipment in Sidel portfolio. He/she delivers increased market share of the total addressable market. He/she develops and implements a focused and coherent sales strategy for the short, medium and long term, efficiently utilizing all functions as needed. He/she understands accounts requirements to provide customers with win-win solutions which meet their needs and are in the best interests of Sidel, thus enabling Sidel to achieve its Balanced Score Card and regional objectives. He/she engages other company functions to enhance Customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
- Accountable for
meeting budgeted equipment sales and margins for the defined accounts;
- Establish strong relationships with assigned accounts by building a network
of contacts within their organization
- Identify market potential for assigned area and develop strategic and
tactical sales plans accordingly
- Manage local agents
already active in the covered countries giving clear targets and directions
- Develop customer needs analysis
- Negotiate and issue price lists
- Present quotes in line with commercial policy
- Maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in Customer Engagement Platform
- Monitor the execution of the project and maintain customer contact
- Ensure proper and timely resolution of major claims or legal issues at the
defined accounts, in Sidel's best interests
- Communicate innovation and strategic activity through Value Creation Days,
seminars or tradeshows.

Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably some years of experience in
capital equipment sales and Account Management
- Established network within different Company functions
- Significant complete packaging lines , market and industry knowledge
- Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop
and present a value proposition
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills
- Ability and enthusiasm for to travelling (40-60%)
