Your opportunity
We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Electrical Team Leader will lead a team of 8 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission
- CTO : Configure To Order
- Lead a team of 8 electrical designers, includeline analysis and E-diagram
- Ensure for all the design : Safety - Quality - Leadtime - cost
- Operative role, participate to the critical projects review
- RCA and problem solving skills
- Ensure training and developpment of the team.
- Sens of responsability.
- Maintain tth team Kpis
- Perform and lead the SIM

- Familiar with BOM
