Your Mission
- Install and assemble
machinery in alignment with cost and timeline forecasts.
- Conduct machine testing
and facilitate production start-up.
- Organize and lead
technical meetings to discuss commissioning progress.
- Secure the customer's
acceptance report upon project completion.
- Implement necessary
adaptations, modifications, and retrofits to tooling.
- Monitor machine
performance post-installation by analyzing production reports.
- Contribute to the
development and execution of corrective action plans, communicating any
changes to the project team.
- Provide initial support
to customers either on-site or via phone.
- Train customer
personnel on-site to ensure effective operation.
- Guide customers towards
available services, parts, and training opportunities.
- Present Sidel products
to customers, promoting the company's image and values.
- Actively enhance
personal knowledge of Sidel products and technologies.
- Organize administrative
aspects of customer assignments efficiently.
- Mobilize necessary
resources to ensure effective job execution.
Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial
Mechanics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
with a focus on automation, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Polish.
- Proficient in English;
knowledge of French is an advantage.
